Youth Awake for Better Society (YABS) joined voices and hearts in a community rally to mark 10th of October World Mental Health Day under the global theme ?Mental Health is a Universal Human Right.?

Our rally brought together young people, advocates, and community members to raise awareness on mental well-being, challenge stigma, and promote access to compassionate, inclusive mental health support for all.

At YABS, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health ? and everyone deserves care, understanding, and dignity. Together, we are building a society where no one suffers in silence. ??
