ACARES, an acronym forÂAccelerating Comprehensive AIDS Response Enhanced for Sustainability is a CDC-funded comprehensive HIV care, treatment, prevention, and support program.

The projectÂcontributes to achieving HIV epidemic control by delivering comprehensive prevention and treatment services to people living with HIV.ÂThe ACARES Project uses innovative strategies for intensified HIV case finding as well as new service delivery models (NSDM) to strengthen linkages between the community and health facilities and improve retention in care.
