The project sponsored byÂThe Initiative Sankofa d’Afrique de l’Ouest (ISDAO), advocates for total inclusion of diverse communities, notably People Who Use Drugs (PWUD), in Imo State, Nigeria, through a dual approach of comprehensive harm reduction services and strategic advocacy with state actors for drug decriminalisation.Â

The initiative aims to dismantle barriers to access to health, and foster an inclusive environment. By engaging in targeted advocacy efforts to promote inclusion, the project seeks to create, and promote access to justice, championing policies that safeguard the health and human rights of
diverse communities.
