From May 5th to 8th, 2025, the Youth Awake for Better Society (YABS) team participated in a three-day Regional Stepdown Training organized by the Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (NEPWHAN) as part of the Global Fund GC7 N-THRIP Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Project.
The training brought together NEPWHAN state teams, M&E officers, and selected CBOs from 13 implementing states, including Imo. It focused on building capacity around data collection tools, ethics, community engagement, and the use of the iMonitor platform for quality service monitoring. This training strengthened our readiness to implement CLM activities effectively and ensure that the voices of PLHIV and key populations are heard and acted upon. Thank you NEPWHAN and The Global Fund for this opportunity to lead change from the grassroots!
